Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

🚚 Do you provide tracking?

Yes! Every order includes tracking information. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

💔 What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. We'll review your claim and work toward a fair resolution.

Because we sell food products, all sales are final for food safety reasons. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.

📍 My package says "Delivered," but I can't find it.

All orders include delivery tracking. Large and Apartment orders also have photo confirmation and signature requirements (no additional charge to you). If your package is marked as delivered, please check around your property, with neighbors, or contact the shipping carrier directly. We are unable to replace or refund packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.
